The Women’s Run Series is one of the largest running events for women and girls in Germany and Austria. From 2010 to 2019, we were passionately involved every year!
At the Women’s Run Village, we worked closely with the event organizers to manage up to 10 sponsors across 6 races each year throughout Germany. Our focus extended beyond designing the expo stands and handling equipment storage and logistics; we also provided advice on effective activation strategies.
Our well-coordinated team ensured smooth setup and takedown before and after the events. Additionally, we delivered professional stand management and an outstanding brand presence on-site. The enthusiasm of all the participants was contagious, making each event an unforgettable experience!
